One of the most compelling aspects of Jesus’ ministry is His consistent practice of taking time to retreat, away from the crowds and even His closest disciples, to pray and rejuvenate. The Scriptures provide numerous accounts of these moments: Luke 5:16: And he withdrew himself into the wilderness, and prayed.
Our retreats bring a unique experience to us Jesus encounters, laughter, crying, lots of talking, worshipping, and basically a potpourri of experiences crammed into one weekend.
